How to create a business email?

Have you ever tried to email a website you were visiting, only to find that their email address was “[email protected]”?

This is occasionally acceptable for startups, but as a business, you will eventually want an email that is hosted on your domain, such as “[email protected]”. Another reason you may want this is when your business is big enough that you have several different email addresses customers might email, as it’s much more efficient to have the freedom to make custom email addresses on your own server. 

Creating email functionality on your server is actually easy.

We make it easy to set up the email functionality of your domain. Once you’ve signed up for a hosting plan with us, you’ll be emailed login details to your web hosting control panel – cPanel. Once logged in to cPanel, you can click the “Email Accounts” icon to create an email address at your domain – it’s that simple!

cPanel has three different Webmail options that you have access to: Horde, RoundCube, and SquirrelMail. These choices allow you to access your email accounts via a web-based interface. 

You are also free to use your own email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, or any POP or IMAP compatible mail client. You can even configure emails to be delivered to an existing Gmail account!
